About this tool

Pages scanned in the wrong order, or an appendix that should come first? Move pages up and down with clear buttons — designed to work just as well with a finger on a phone as with a mouse.

Double-sided scans often come out in reverse; the “Reverse order” button fixes that in one tap.

How to use Reorder PDF Pages

  1. 1Choose your PDF. A preview appears for each page.
  2. 2Use the arrows to move pages earlier or later, or “Reverse order”.
  3. 3Press “Save new order” and download the PDF.

Good to know

Original page numbers

Each preview keeps a small label with its original page number, so you always know which page is which.

Want to remove pages too?

Use Extract PDF Pages to keep only the pages you need, in any order.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a move?

Yes, just move the page back. Use “Reset” to return to the original order at any time before saving.

Does it change page content?

No. Pages are copied exactly; only their position changes.

Is there a page limit?

Files up to 100 MB are supported. Documents with hundreds of pages work, but previews take longer to appear on slower phones.

Is my PDF private?

Yes. Everything runs in your browser; no file is uploaded.
